Collaboration is the key. Users are now active participants in their experience. No longer are we content to surf and read, we must contribute. This is potentially a huge change for many of us running our elearning sites.

Indeed as this blog has pointed out what we gain with 2.0 power is the power of collective thought.  The challenge, I believe, is time.  Our organisation will need to create new structures that encourage employees to contribute, network, create and interpret and action feedback.

Some will employ expert analysts so with multi skill but those who believe that web 2.0 will just become another part of the job are mistaken.  It is a time to restructure our workplaces, step back and see what has 'had its day' or what is less valuable to the organisation.  We must make the time for the action that 2.0 offers.
